Bilingual literary journals, independent publishers, innovative author projects, translator initiatives, reading stages, and reading series offer an impressive range of literary spaces and networks, ideas, and actors that foster a vibrant literary culture and contribute significantly to Berlin’s cultural appeal. Preserving the vitality and diversity of this scene in Berlin, taking up its impulses, providing it with a platform, and further strengthening it structurally is the central mission of Lettrétage.
