German Disabled Sports Association (DBS)

The German Disabled Sports Association (DBS) is the umbrella organization for sports for people with disabilities in Germany. As the National Paralympic Committee (NPC), it brings together recreational, rehabilitation, and competitive sports under one roof. With around 532,000 members in over 5,300 clubs, the DBS is committed to inclusion, participation, and top athletic performance. It coordinates Team Germany Paralympics and promotes social acceptance through the power of sport. An inspiring partner that we are proud to accompany on its journey.
