Another kind of experience

The LAUFEN virtual space is a digital space for product presentations. We have translated the surreal spaces into an exciting and stimulating online experience.

The platform is designed to empower LAUFEN to connect with people in the real world without having to be there at the same time.

LAUFEN together with Zurich architects Gabrielle Hächler and Andreas Fuhrimann, invented a virtual place to make LAUFEN products, embedded in collages and narratives by Experiental interior designer Annabelle Schneider, a digital and semi-interactive experience. The platform is designed to enable LAUFEN to connect with people in the real world without having to be on site at the same time. In other words, to form a substitute for physical trade fairs other than the standardized digital trade fair booths.
We translated the surreal spaces into uplifting and stimulating online experiences. After the intro animation, four rooms with a wink and a deliberately haptic feel invite visitors to explore: "The Urban Room", "The Desert Room", "The Forest Room" and "The Artist Room".
In addition to the digital implementation of the unusual project, we also advised on the integration of the LAUFEN virtual space into the overall LAUFEN cosmos and the derivation for social media.
