Two platforms, one goal: the perfect match in recruiting

The special thing about this project is the dual strategy. With CareerPeakr and JobPassion, we have developed two platforms for the Swiss Peakr Group that address different target groups and complement each other perfectly. As a digital recruitment consultant, CareerPeakr is aimed at medium-sized companies looking for highly qualified specialists and managers. JobPassion, on the other hand, is the career platform for employees looking to develop their careers, who can use an intelligent matching process to find jobs that really match their skills and goals.

In intensive workshops with the client, we developed and iteratively optimized complex user journeys. A key challenge was the multi-stage input process when logged in. Users enter extensive data on education, experience and psychological competence profiles. To minimize abandonment, we developed a process visualization that shows users where they are in the process at all times.

For the technical implementation, we used Vue.js to develop both platforms in a performant and responsive way. Access to the platforms is implemented via Webflow pages, allowing both systems to be seamlessly networked. When logged in, users can log in to both platforms and link their profiles with each other - creating a consistent ecosystem for candidates and employers.

Together with CareerPeakr, we are constantly developing the platforms in a continuous process and adapting them to the new requirements of the dynamic recruitment market. The result is an innovative matching tool that intelligently brings together both sides of the job market.
