A relaunch and first place in one day—sometimes timing is on your side. Congratulations, PPL.

The Hamburg-based architecture and planning firm PPL is known for its precision and forward-thinking infrastructure planning. To present project results on its website in a contemporary way, the previous WordPress site needed a major overhaul.

To this end, we migrated the prototype for the website’s new design—which the client had already prepared—to the Webflow production platform and deployed it via Webflow Premium Hosting.

The relaunch went live on June 10, 2026, with the domain connection completed as scheduled—coinciding with the City of Hamburg’s official announcement that PPL, as part of a consortium of engineering and architectural firms, had just won first prize for the redesign of Hamburg’s iconic Köhlbrand Bridge (see teaser image).

The result

Perfect timing—the website went live at the same time as the press release. Initial feedback has been extremely positive. The PPL team finds Webflow’s content editing feature easy to use; it speeds up editorial work while significantly reducing the website’s maintenance requirements.
