Wir... hier und jetzt

“Deterioration, impoverishment, stultification” – these are words often used by newspapers and magazines to describe the flight of young people from newly-formed German states.

With the 400 plans and projects of the state-initiative “wir…hier und jetzt” (“us…here and now”), the German Child and Youth Foundation (DKJS) demonstrates that there are reasons not to leave these regions.

The PROJEKTBUERO’s sketchbook presents only a small selection of those reasons. It is full of ideas that can make unexpected ideas feasible. The book DIN A5 offers insight into the project’s daily functioning and provides courage to remain true to one’s ideas.
