Networked sections for better information
Over the course of our many years of cooperation, we have implemented many sub-projects for Deutsche Bahn Connect. To take care of the concept, design and implementation of the website was just consequent.
Deutsche Bahn Connect stands for networked mobility. There are two ways to approach the diverse topics on the new website. Firstly, the various products, from Flinkster to long-term rental, are explained and illustrated in a clear and varied way. Users can also obtain information about the different target groups ("Private", "Public" and "Business") and see which products are suitable for them.
The news section contains classic company news as well as interesting facts and figures and magazine-like specials on the cities in which DB Connect is particularly active.
A special feature is the combined contact & FAQ section. Depending on what kind of information the person seeking contact needs, a rudimentary but charming bot mediates to provide facts and answers to questions before they are asked.
